Passengers with visual, hearing and/or speech impairments
Passengers with visual (BLIND), hearing (DEAF) and speech impairments who require assistance during the Check-in process, in the security area, at the boarding gate and until boarding the aircraft, or persons making their reservation are requested to request the Special Assistance Service either at the time of booking, in the passenger's step - "Special Assistance" section, or by sending an email to the Customer Service department email address: customerservice@animawings.com or by contacting the Animawings Call Centre directly, at least 48 hours before the flight.
