Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of all distribution channels, including direct and indirect sales channels.
- Manage relationships with global distribution systems (GDS), online travel agencies (OTAs), and other third-party distribution partners.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, adjusting strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to enhance website functionality and implement new features.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to online bookings and distribution channels promptly and effectively.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in distribution channels management, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of GDS, OTAs, and other airline distribution systems.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing distribution strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics tools).
