Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) or frozen ATPL(A)/CPL(A);
- Minimum Flying Experience:
- § 500 hours on Commercial Air Transport – for A220 candidates;
- § Having an A320 type rating mandatory – for A320 candidates;
- Minimum ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English language;
- Medical Class 1 Certificate;
- Additional language proficiency in Romanian is an asset (if the candidate is a foreigner);
- In possession or eligible for Romanian residency, as applicable;
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and holidays as per regulation;
- Clean criminal record;

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and images.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Manage and oversee AnimaWings’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Foster and grow an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content and social media strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will be considered a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
