Boarding formalities

After completing the check-in procedure, the passenger will be informed of the place and time where he/she will have to report for security, border and boarding formalities. Taking into account the fact that the airport authority is the one that assigns both the operating/flight intervals of the aircraft and the boarding gates, AnimaWings informs passengers that these may change after the end of the check-in procedure, which is why AnimaWings is not responsible for changing the place and/or boarding time. In order to avoid any confusion or delay, the passenger will have to carefully follow the announcements made both through the amplifier station and on the airport monitors.

AnimaWings informs passengers that the boarding gate closes 15 (fifteen) minutes before take-off. Moreover, in order to avoid unpleasant situations, AnimaWings draws the passengers' attention to the fact that both security control and border crossing formalities involve a period of time that the passenger must take into account in order not to be late at the boarding gate . AnimaWings cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by the passenger's failure to comply with these requirements.

Security inspections

In certain situations, for reasons of flight security, at the request of governmental institutions or airport authorities, the passenger may be required to submit to any checks regarding his person and/or luggage. AnimaWings will not refund the cost of any flight that the passenger cannot take due to a security inspection imposed by government institutions or airport authorities and is not responsible for any financial loss.
