Changing the data entered on the travel ticket
The travel ticket purchased by the passenger, either online or through an agent authorized by Animawings or through an online aggregator platform, is only valid for the route listed on it, from the place of departure to the final destination, on the date and for the flight listed on it, only for the passenger whose name appears on the ticket.
If a passenger wishes to change their travel details, such as departure or arrival date, they must contact Animawings or access the booking with their booking code and surname to make the changes themselves, in accordance with the provisions below, to be able to operate the modification.
Passengers who have received payment confirmation and e-ticket, have the right to change their reservation up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time of the original flight, subject to payment of a change fee and/or fare difference, except in the case where it is specified otherwise. Any change made by the passenger may lead to the recalculation of the fare. If there is a difference between the original fare and the new fare, the passenger must pay that difference, as well as all applicable charges at the time of the change, unless otherwise specified. The passenger can choose to accept the new fare or keep the original ticket. The rules governing the change of e-ticket are detailed in the Terms and Conditions which are listed on the official website.
Subject to payment of the change fee, fare difference and other applicable fees, changes to a reservation can be made up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time of the original flight, regardless of whether the check-in process has been completed or not . To reopen the check-in process, the passenger must contact the Customer Service department at [email protected]. After the desired changes have been made, passengers must resume the online check-in process, when and where applicable, and reissue their boarding pass(es). The passenger is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.
If the reservation change is made online, all adjustments made will apply to all passengers associated with that reservation. If only certain passengers in a booking require changes, they must contact the Customer Service department or the Animawings Call Center directly to make these changes.
It is important to note that no further changes to travel dates will be allowed if the ticket itinerary contains multiple flight segments and the travel date for any of the segments has passed.
IMPORTANT: In the case of changing the passenger's name, i.e. only when a writing error occurred: max. 3 missing characters/letters or when the names have been reversed, as well as in the case of a name change following a change in marital status or by administrative means, the corrections are made free of charge, and the passenger must notify Animawings as soon as possible at [email protected] or at the Call Center, providing supporting documents. This is the only way to avoid unpleasant situations at the airport.
CAREFUL! If the reservation needs to be rebooked under a different name, it is necessary to purchase a new ticket. Animawings does not perform name changes on existing bookings.
