Sport Equipment and Bikes

AnimaWings passengers are allowed to carry various sports equipment in the hold of the aircraft for a fee, subject to the maximum limit of up to 5 pieces of checked baggage. This service is available at the time of booking, in the "Additional Services" step, by paying a transport fee of EUR 55 per flight segment.

You can also choose to add your bike, sports equipment or golf equipment up to 48 hours prior your flight.

For safety reasons, AnimaWings ONLY accepts the following types of sports equipment:

• Snowboards
• Ski Equipment
• Surfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing equipment
• Diving equipment, only with fully emptied tanks, no power supply and all switches in ""OFF"" position
• Bags and Golf Equipment
• Bicycles in cardboard packaging, with tyres deflated and pedals removed

Transport of these types of sports equipment requires packing in a suitable bag for air transport. The length of each item may not exceed 2 meters and the permissible weight is 23 kg. When transporting the bicycle, please note that, regardless of the model, the handlebars of the bicycle must be rotated and fixed along the frame, the pedals must be removed, the wheels must be deflated and the entire assembly must be packed in protective packaging.

AnimaWings does not accept the transport of sports equipment such as electric bicycles or electric scooters that use non-removable Lithium batteries.
