Checked Baggage

Each Animawings passenger can travel with up to 5 pieces of checked baggage with a standard weight of 20 kg each and recommended dimensions of 100cm x 80cm x 30cm, i.e. no more than 210 cm in total (length + width + height).

Baggage exceeding these dimensions and the standard weight defined by Animawings for hold/sports equipment baggage will incur additional charges and the passenger will be required to pay for the excess baggage, as per Animawings' Excess Baggage Policy, at the airport.

Attention: The maximum weight allowed by Animawings of any checked baggage (carried in the hold of the aircraft) should not exceed 32 kg/piece (with excess baggage fee paid).

LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS IN HOLD BAGGAGE

Passengers are NOT allowed to carry the following articles in their hold baggage:

Explosives and incendiary substances and devices capable of being used to cause serious injury or to pose a threat to the safety of aircraft, including:

• Ammunition
• Blasting caps
• Detonators and fuses
• Mines, grenades, and other explosive military stores
• Fireworks and other pyrotechnics
• Smoke-generating canisters and smoke-generating cartridges
• Dynamite, gunpowder, and plastic explosives

This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change and additions as specified by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) "Technical Instructions for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air", the International Air Carrier Association (IATA), Animawings internal regulations, as well as those prohibited by legislation, rules, or orders in force of the States of transit and/or destination.
